Aged in Burgundy barrels from two to six years old, this cuvee expresses a mixture of flowers and small black fruits. Blackberry and black cherry mingle with liquorice, vanilla on a light umprunte of jam. With a rich texture, fine tannins in the back of the mouth, this cuvee exudes a very pleasant bittersweet intensity.
