Tasting Notes
The most exciting example of this wine I can recall ever tasting, the barrel sample submitted of the 2017 Hermitage Cuvee Emilie was impressively dark and saturated in color. Crushed stone accents cassis and plum flavors in this full-bodied, concentrated and richly velvety wine. It sure looks terrific at this early stage.
