This cuvee is characterized by a very beautiful purple-carmine ruby ??red color, with an elegant relief with varied reflections. Its finely reserved nose, very fruity, evolves very slowly on aromas of violet and raspberry, discreet notes of grilled spices and leather. On the attack, half-lively, half-harsh, with a joyful and pleasant liveliness, its half-fine, half-round structure, from a hint of delicious lamb's lettuce to a delicate, voluptuous, warm note and a beautiful harmony. This wine goes very well with pretty meat dishes simmered with fresh vegetables from the garden.
